If for any valid reason you are unsatisfied with a course purchase, this policy outlines the conditions, eligible windows, and procedures for requesting a cancellation or refund.

3Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted after 48 hours from the purchase timestamp.
• Courses where more than 20% of the video content, study PDFs, or mock tests have been accessed or downloaded.
• Special discounted trial classes or promotional courses priced below ₹200.
• Physical books or printed study materials once dispatched from our Khurja center.
• Accounts terminated due to violations of our Student Code of Conduct or unauthorized credential sharing.

If you mistakenly purchased the wrong course batch (e.g. enrolled in SSC instead of UP Police), you can request a free course exchange within 7 days of purchase without incurring any processing fees.
