1Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to Mahadev Academy ("Academy", "we", "us", or "our"), a registered educational trust operating under Mahadev Foundation in Khurja, Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By accessing or using our website (mahadevacademy.com), mobile applications, courses, study materials, or online services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2Student Account & Registration

To access purchased courses, test series, and learning features, students must register an account providing accurate, complete personal information.

• Accounts are non-transferable and strictly intended for personal educational use by the registered student.
• Sharing login credentials, screen recording, or distributing video content to unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary course contents, video lectures, live class broadcasts, PDF notes, mock tests, graphics, logos, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of Mahadev Academy and its licensors.

No content may be downloaded, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, or sold without express prior written consent from Mahadev Academy.

4Student Conduct & Ethics

Students must maintain academic integrity and respectful behavior during live classes, chat sessions, and community forums. The following actions will result in immediate account termination without refund:

• Using abusive, profane, or derogatory language towards instructors or fellow learners.
• Posting spam, promotional material, or harmful links.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the stability of our platform or APIs.

5Payments, Pricing & Subscriptions

All fee payments for course enrollments, test series, or bookstore items must be made through authorized payment gateways (Paytm, Razorpay, UPI, NetBanking). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Access to enrolled courses is valid for the duration specified on the course enrollment page.

6Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Mahadev Academy provides competitive exam preparation coaching (SSC, RRB, Banking, UP Police, Army, etc.). While we strive to deliver high-quality instruction and test series, we do not guarantee employment, selection in government exams, or specific test scores. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, India.
